Essential Functions:
Provide training and support for instructional and administrative technology use.
Troubleshoot and reconcile hardware and software issues as well as utilize research skills for troubleshooting.
Have in-depth knowledge of technology and its successful integration into the teaching and learning process.
Have high levels of communication and organizational skills, along with exceptional customer service.
Proficient in Office programs, Google Apps, Windows OS< and MAC OS.
Carry out all other duties as assigned.

Attendance
Regular and consistent attendance is an essential function of this position.
Occasional travel
A valid and current driver’s license is necessary as district travel is required.
